Tube Fabrication - Jonesville Division

The manufacturing facilties in Jonesville, Michigan have 44,000 square feet in 2 buildings on 4 acres.  Gonzalez Group's Jonesville plant is ISO TS 16949 Certified.  There are currently 24 tube fabrication units, and support equipment, to bend and fabricate tubes from 5 to 30 millimeters in diameter.

 

Products and Customers

Gonzalez Group's Jonesville plant manufactures ferrous and non-ferrous fabricated tubes and fuel rails for leading Tier One Automotive Suppliers, OEMs in the heavy truck market, and aftermarket and military industries. The plant currently produces 60 high speed tubular parts and assemblies for use in fluid handling applications, of which 50% are automotive, and 50% are non-automotive, being shipped throughout the US.
