Manufacturing Expertise

Gonzalez Group's Litchfield plant is expert at producing complex, tight tolerance parts made from various ferrous and non- ferrous raw materials. Both short and high volume production runs receive the same concern and attention needed to produce precision parts. Gonzalez Group uses internal and external secondary services -- plating, heat treating, annealing, anodizing, and CNC machining -- to ensure "complete to print" products, and assumes responsibility for providing quality parts, whether they are produced internally or by subcontractors. Gonzalez Group can package screw machine parts to meet customer production floor requirements, and can also package and barcode label products to meet the material flow requirements on the customer plant floor -- from the daily demands of a work cell, to the monthly usage of an assembly line.
